You can tumble dry it on low to make sure that the materials remain smooth and undamaged. Silk & Snow recommends that you don’t bleach, iron, or dry clean the outer shell of this pillow. 

The core of the pillow, including the shredded memory foam, cannot be washed. We recommend always using a pillowcase with any pillow you purchase.

Yes, there is plenty of adjustable fill to create a high-loft pillow. Only one of our testers had issues where he didn’t have enough fill to get comfortable, but he prefers extremely high loft. Most Canadians will find that the included fill is more than enough.

Is it easy to adjust this pillow? 

Yes! Adding and removing fill is extremely easy. This pillow uses an inner zipped cover to contain the adjustable fill. It’s easy to zip it open and add or remove the fill you need to make the pillow comfortable for you.

Is the entire pillow washable, or just the cover?

No, the entire pillow is not washable. The cover can be removed and washed with the rest of your bedding. Just make sure to follow the simple care instructions recommended by the manufacturer for best results.
